2-hour workshop. Learn bodywork basics to informally help yourself & others, at home, between professional sessions, etc.

Cancellation Policy
At this time, all bookings my be done through email. New clients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early for first appointment, to complete forms and discuss your needs. Full payment is expected for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice. Chair massage bookings are for 2 hours minimum to 4 hours maximum, and must be booked at least one week in advance. Workshops also must be booked at least one week in advance.
